State police said that four children between the ages of 6 and 6 were killed on Monday at a building in a building in Chatham, Central Illinois.

State police said the car hit several people outside the building properly before plowing, hitting many people inside. The car came out of the wall on the opposite side of the building.
Six people were injured. Most people were taken to a local hospital via ambulance and a life flight helicopter, state police said.
The post-school center is a place where primary and high school students hang after school-waiting for their parents to pick them up. On Monday, the parents rushed after the news of the fatal incident spread in a small town.
Law enforcement throughout the Illinois also rushed to the scene to secure the area and helped the parents and their parents desperate to find their children.
After getting everyone safely, investigators also searched for the driver – who was injured, but he was still taken to a region hospital. Illinois state police did not reveal the age of the driver.
The agony was unacceptable from the people on the scene because they realized that the kids were inside the after -school camp building when the car was crashed.
“Oh no!” A woman told her while taking the video that a man told him what happened to him. “Oh, poor kid!”
Illinois state police did not reveal the age of the driver. It was also unclear on Monday night that the crash was deliberate, the cause of treatment, or there was no other reason.
Illinois Governor JB Pretzkar said that he was “terrified and deeply sorry” in the fatal incident. “Our community lost a group of brilliant and innocent young men with their entire life in front of them,” wrote in a post by Pretzar X. “My heart is heavy for these families and they are facing unimaginable mourning – something that no parent has to bear to endure.”
Pretzkar said his administration was closely monitoring the situation and wrote, “Let us get updates about the situation and keep our weapons around the community tonight.”
Illinois State Sen Doris Turner (D-Springfield), who represents this region, has issued a statement:

Chatham Village Trustee Kristen Chierro posted on Facebook that the Chartham Baptist will be a reunion point for the families of the children in the Church center. Near the scene, traffic was closed on Walnot Street between Park Street and Gordon Drive.
About 12 miles south of Springfield in Chatham Sangaman County. It does not need to be confused with the Chicago parade on the south side of Chatham.
The investigation of the incident continued on Monday night.
