Chase Eliot took two checard flags in Talladagg in his career – he rarely came this last weekend.

But there he has had a lot of success. In fact, in his first race there, he is in fifth place, and since then there have been eight top -10 in the Alabama racetrack.

“I’m looking forward to getting down. Talladga is always a bit of a home race. It is very close to where we live, so it’s very nice,” said in a recent interview with Eliot Fox News Digital in Dosonville Georgia. “A racing that you can easily drive, fans are always good to me, which makes it like a fun and a kind of home” “

Talladega is one of the premier Nascar spots, understandable.

Eliot said, “Crazy and chaos that is infiltrated is definitely well known, simply the team and the destination that it is,” Eliot said. “I really don’t think that the race is good or bad people are necessarily careful – I think people are more for the environment.”

“Lots of people care what the race is but I think people go ahead for experience many times and Sunday also hopes to be around for a good race.

The end of the fifth place is rarely ignored-it has its third top five this season and has six top-ten.

However, this year he has two 15th place finishing and a 20th place and this year is still without a win. So, despite being fourth in the Cup series standing right now, Eliot thinks his season is just “OK”.

“There are some high spots here, there are good finishes in the weeks that we do not deserve them, and the bad finishes in the weeks where we were probably eligible to be better. Bad weeks were also, and good weeks were also flat out.

“We were all over the board, of course I would like to see the continuation level but a lot of space for improvement. The first stretch was a warmup, and now we go straight to the championship in November. Lots of races in front, many times to combine it depends on how we execute the next few months.”

Eliot won the Cup series in 2021, his Lone Championship – his best finishing fourth since then, both in 2021 and 2022, before the 17th place in 2021 and seventh last year.

Of course, it is not easy to come to the top every year, but to do it, “We need to find some continuity.”

Eliot said, “We had a valid shot to win Martinsville, let’s go to Bristol and not too much in the mixture,” Eliot said (he was fourth and 15th in this race respectively). “Cable trying to be more consistent across the board and when we are able to win more often and do it in different resorts and shapes and spaces and simply moving the speed it is a bit spoty, so we got it here. I think we can just keep the trucking, only trucking can keep the trucking.”
