Body of missing Washington state woman found buried under shed encased in concrete; handyman arrested

Authorities announced Monday that police had arrested a man who was buried under a shed in Northwestern Washington, a 12-year-old woman who worked as a handman for a 12-year-old woman on Monday.

The office of the Thorston County Sheriff said that Jeffrey Ziz, who was originally arrested in Montana, was arrested in Missoula in Montana, in violation of the previous sentence for an unrelated sexual offense, killing first degree in Washington, abducting first degree and disposing of human remnants, Tharston Country Sheriff’s office.

Marcia Norman was last heard from the evening of April 1, his family told Thurston County Sheriff the deputy three days after his disappearance. The missing person Bulletin said that Norman had “disappeared in suspicious circumstances” from his tenino home, where he parked two cars of the woman after the disappearance.

The office of the Thurston County Sheriff said he hurried to leave his residence, excluding partially clean foods. Investigators learned that Jice, who worked as a handman in Norman, had dinner with him on April 1 and believe that he could be the last person to see him alive.

Thorston County Lt. Mike Brooks told CBS approved Kiro, “He told us they had dinner together. He was not the average handman of this family.” “He’s a good family friend, so it doesn’t seem unusual to have dinner together.”

However, Norman’s son said that he once told him about an incident where he woke up and saw Jiz standing at the foot of his bed, Kiro told him. He said that he never told the police, but said Jiz in his own face and said that they would maintain professional relationships, Kiro said.

Ziz told the police that he returned home after dinner 1 April, but the protection footage and license plate camera data showed that he had returned to Norman’s house several times in the morning of April 2, Kiro said.

The state fled as Norman’s disappearance continued to investigate. Kiro said his roommate was missing, he could arrest him in Missoula.

Kiro said investigators were located on Norman’s body on April 9. His remains were discovered under a shed in Olympia, far away from the tenino, which they said that Norman’s family had destroyed and rebuilt Jiz after the report of their missing person, Kiro said. The remains were buried and partially bound into concrete.

Thorston County prosecutors say Jiz is serving a 93 month entertainment after being in jail for almost a year for a child to be humiliated, Kiro said. They have asked a judge to withdraw his entry, because of the punishment violation, and instead returned the jiz to custody for more than seven years or more than seven years, according to the station.
