Former Los Angeles Lakers player and coach Byron Scott is being sued against a woman who alleged that she had sexually assaulted her in 97 when she was 26 and she was 5 years old.
The woman claimed that the attack took place at a party event at Campbell Hall High School in Los Angeles. The case was originally filed in December 2022, but it was amended on May 1, complaining of sex battery and false imprisonment in Scott.
In order to remove his name from the court document, he first named Scott the name of Scott on the first time after the struggle to be identified as “John Do”.
