A governor of the United States is asking Americans to literally to rent.
West Virginia Governor Patrick is encouraging to get out of the residents and walk at least one mile every day.
The state plans to nominate official “Mountain Mile Trails” in its 32 state parks with hiking trails.

“We are getting a lot of traction with our Mountainea miles, and everyone knows the importance of coming out and working and walking it is that it has begun to gain a lot of energy in West Virginia,” Morici said.
According to the governor, Americans will require multiple methods to reduce obesity, diabetes, stroke and consistent heart failure to recover.

“You’re taking the dump’s from food, you are encouraging people to eat good food … People are working and ensure that there is a purposeful life and then we are encouraging people to go out to practice.”

According to Michaels, 5,000 steps a day is a great way to start with a simple target and start using a walking pad.
