Hypnosis helps Jennifer Aniston overcome her fear of flying

Jennifer Anniston reveals how he was able to overcome the fear of the flight, as the news of the recent aircraft raised the aircraft anxiety.

In a recent interview with Travel + Lizar, the actress is best known for her role in Rachel Green in “Friends”, he shared that he likes to travel, but has “extreme fear of flying.”

Aniston tapped with the right hand palm on the outside of the aircraft and followed the small rituals by climbing an aircraft on the plane with his right foot.

The actress, however, has revealed that recent hypnosis therapy has taught her to stop that superstition – and this is proven to be effective.

“I’m not right hand, right foot – and now it’s shockingly well!” He said.

Aniston shared that he practiced breathing work to get long flights and would get up from his seat, wander and expand.

“Plugging in a good meditation may get you,” he added.

Manhatton -based psychotherapist and author Jonathan Alopart commented on the use of hypnosis to ease the fear of traveling, noted that he worked with patients who also fought with the fear of the flight.

“Although I don’t use hypnosis, I know some therapists who have achieved success with it,” he shared with Fox News Digital.

“It’s important to note that it’s not a magic bullet that may think like some people.”

According to Alpart, it is more important to address the root of anxiety in helping to challenge “irrational thinking”.
