Lebron James announced on Monday that he would join Met Gala despite being the honorary vice-president of the program in New York City.

Los Angeles Lakers star says he is dealing with the injury to the team’s first round play -off against Minnesota Timbervolovs.

“Unfortunately my knee injury I have sustained at the end of the season I can’t join the NY Met Gala tonight because so many people are asking me and congratulated me!” James wrote in X

“Hate to miss a Historical Tihasik event! My beautiful strong queen will hold the fort there as she has always done!”

Associated Press said a spreading knee ligament was confronted at James Game 5. If the lacers avoided elimination, the age of 40 years of age would have been out of the age of the year.
