Researchers have created a new “body clock” equipment that calculates human biological age – and can even predict disability or risk of death.
According to a UW press release, the equipment from the University of Medicine, the Washington School of Medicine, uses the patient’s physical examination and eight separate metric from blood function.
Equipment Methods – Formally Name of Health Oxto Tools – Journal Nature Communication is in detail in the publication on May 5.
Longevity privacy from the world’s ‘blue zone’
Researchers view this method as wider than current health evaluation, which is generally focused on a separate disease than overall well-being, the first author of the report, Dr. Shabnam Selimi, a physician-scientist and actor in the Anthology and Paine Medicine Department in UW.

Using greater longevity study data, health octto equipment has been found in disability, Jeriatric syndrome (a group of general health conditions in older adults), short physical performance battery (a clinical equipment that evalates the lower final functionality in older adults), and for the accuracy of 90%.
“An adult-based structure provides a new way to discover biomearkers and therapeutics that target organisms or the whole body instead of a separate disease,” said Selimi notification.

The equipment focuses on “health entropy”, which includes the amount of molecular and cellular damage to the body over time.
It has a direct impact on the function of a person’s organs and overall body systems, which can be used to determine how fast they are, researchers.
“Age is an analog and non-digital process” “
This tool begins by determining a “body organ disease number” from 1 to 14, based on whether the patient has experienced any disease that affects the heart, lung, brain or other specific organ systems.
“Our search has proven that organ systems are at different rates, the aging rate of each organ system and the physical-specific watch persuades to represent a physical system-specific age metric to represent the internal biological age of each organ system,” Salimi said.

“This concept extends throughout the body, we define the body’s clock as the overall internal age and compound measurement of the body as the aging rate.”
The two components of the equipment, speed-clock and speed-body age, measure how biological age affects the speed of walking.

“An adult based structure provides a new path to discover biomarca and therapeutics that aims to increase the age of the organ or full body,” the lead researcher says, “the top researcher says. (Estock)
The barrier-body watch and disability-body aged elements measured the effects of growth on cognitive function and physical disability, in the notice.
There was an acceptance from research that some apparently minor situations such as not treating in early life, according to Selimi, could have significant impact on old age in later years. This indicates that treating these conditions soon can slow down the biological aging.

Looking forward, researchers are planning to develop a digital application that people can track their own biological age, track how old they are and measure the impact of life change.
Selimi said, “Someone is taking a new diet, practicing routine or not taking longevity drugs, they will be able to imagine how they will react to their bodies and every organ system,” Selimi said.

One doctor said, “Age is not a linar or a completely quantitative process – it is known by countless familiar and influenced by unknown genetic, molecular, environmental, and psychological factors,” a doctor said. (Estock)
Dr. Brett Osobron, a Florida Neurosurgeon, who is also practicing longevity, was not involved in the development of the equipment, but commented on its potential benefits and limitations.
He told Fox News Digital, “This equipment provides the potential practical structure for the clinical application, easily separated by its model based on the result of accessible physical examination and standard lab exams.”
“An app is also being created to empower patients and potentially encourages the development of health habits that will positively affect their health span-or how long they will be effective and disease free.”

The physician also praised the focus of the October equipment in system-based aging metrics rather than specific assessment.
Osoba mentions that such proposed biological clocks have constraints – initially they cannot prevent “underlying the underlying complications of old age.”

“Old age is not a linar or a complete quantitative process – it is known by countless familiar and influenced by unknown genetic, molecular, environmental and psychological factors,” the doctor said.
“This is a true ‘analog’ and ‘non -dizital’ process. So, no model has a full landscape that is not surprising.”

According to an expert, the most important thing is to use broad tests and tracking as a springboard to build a lifetime health habits. (Estock)
Osobar mentions that some genetic and DNA processes that affect biological aging do not consider UW’s equipment.
He also added, “Older clocks are often reduced when predicting different populations or distinct results (lifetime),” he added.
“If it saves a person’s life to bring their sick health to a person’s life” it is a win ”
Instead of determining the absolute biological age, Osoba’s equipment suggests to use trends over time.
“For example, tools such as health oxyto can help in evaluating a person’s response to intervention – it is a new practice procedure, Medication or lifestyle” ”
According to Osobar, the most important thing is to use broad tests and tracking as a springboard to build a lifetime health habit.
