Social Media Organization Meta says that privy workers will start using publicly available materials from European users to train its artificial intelligence models to re -work re -working after raising concerns about data privacy.
London – Social Media Agency Meta Monday said that it would start using universally available materials to training its artificial intelligence models from European users, last year workers will resume work to re -working last year after raising concerns about data privacy.
The owner of Facebook and Instagram says it will train its AI systems using public posts and comments shared by adult users in the 27-country European Union.
The company said in a blog post, “People’s interaction with Meta AI – such as questions and questions – our models will also be used to train and improve.”
Meta is taking this step after the United States is out of the United States and other major markets, after launching its meta AI assistant last month for European users.
The company’s AI training attempt was interrupted by the strict European Union Data Privacy Act, which people control their personal information. Vienna -based group Noeb Meta, led by activist Max Shrims, complained to various national privacy surveillance about Meta’s AI training plan and called for the company to be shut down before the next generation training of AI models.
Meta mentions that a panel of EU privacy regulators has confirmed “that its original method has fulfilled legal obligations.
The agency says it will not use its personal message to training its AI model and has repeated its statement that it is only following the example of rivals Google and Openai, “both have already used data from European users to train their AI models.”
Meta says it will start notifying users in EU about training and include a link to a form where they can object at any time.
“We will respect all the objections for the form,” the company said.
