The age of athlete compensation in college sports can be much more complicated with the decision of the Supreme Court.
In the case of House vs. NCAA, a settlement will allow all department I schools to share the revenue directly with athletes if they get final approval this month.
Since the summer of 2021, the current system of zero compensation has faced part of its investigation. However, universities who are directly paid to athletes will erase “amateurism” which the Histor defines American college sports.

“If a person wants independence as much money can make as much money and they can do it in favor of the sport-they should be able to be absolutely capable of our professional leagues but they have no place to pay unlimited amounts to college sports.

Bruwer argued that a problem created by NIL would worse for a problem since the legalization of 2021 – the graduation rate was decreasing.
