Oakland, California – Elon is suing against Kasturi for the unfair competition and is interfering with investors and customers, chatzipt makers and billionaire who helped the artificial intelligence startup to bankroll a decade ago.

A federal court in California on Wednesday filed a complaint against Kasturi as a counter -claim against the opeina, which is moving towards jury next year.

The first OpenAI investor Kasturi, who is now operating his AI farm, Jai, launched a legal attack against OpenAI and its CEO Sam Altman more than a year ago, was a non -profit research laboratory for violating what he said.

In March, a federal judge denied the request for a court order to prevent the opening of the Opena into a profitable company, but he said he could make a trial to consider the claim of the musk. He proposed a trial later this year, but it was pushed back in March 2026.
