New York – Stephen Curry won another NBA award on Monday, the Tyman-Stokes teammate was selected by its colleagues in the league.
Already, the two-time NBA MVP and the league’s career leader on 3 pointers, Kari has now been honored for “unselfish drama, other NBA players for on-court leadership and as a role model and promise and sacrifice to the team.”
Curry spent his entire 16 -year career with the Golden State Warriors, helped them win four championships, and one of the most popular players in the league.
He got 66 66 first place votes and 1,257 total points to defeat the Houston Veterran Center Steven Adams, who appeared further on the ballot and finished with 46 first places and finished with 1,237 points. New York Nix Captain Jallen Brunson, who won the Clutch Player of the Year Award, is in third place.
A panel of league executives chose 12 final candidates for awards and the current players voted from the list.
The award, presented for 25 years, has been named for Jack Twoman and Maurice Stokes, who were Rochester/Cincinnati Royals in Royals for 3-5 years.
Stokes 17-5 was in the brain injury in the final season of the regular season, a few days later in a coma and permanently paralyzed. Tyman became a legal guardian and advocate of Stokes and supported him throughout his life.
Curry also won the NBA athlete award in the 21st.
Ruki will be announced on Tuesday and the most advanced player on Wednesday.
